Policies & Expectations

At Ladybugg Lounge, every appointment is thoughtfully designed to provide personalized therapeutic care in a calm, welcoming environment. These Policies & Expectations help create a respectful, consistent experience for every client while ensuring the time and care reserved for you can be delivered with intention.

Scheduling

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to settle in before your session begins.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor the appointments that follow. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may require rescheduling and may be treated as a missed appointment.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because that time cannot typically be offered to another client on short notice, LBL kindly requests at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

LBL understands that unexpected situations and emergencies happen. While cancellation fees help protect the time reserved for each client, reasonable discretion may be exercised when circumstances are beyond your control.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in limitations on future scheduling.

Card on File

A valid payment method is required to reserve appointments.

Cards are securely stored and are only charged in accordance with Ladybugg Lounge's cancellation and payment policies.

Memberships

Circle Memberships are six-month agreements designed to encourage a consistent rhythm of therapeutic care.

Memberships include one or more monthly Restore sessions, depending on the selected plan, along with preferred member pricing on additional Restore sessions during the active membership term.

Unused membership sessions roll over while the membership remains active and in good standing.

Memberships automatically renew monthly throughout the six-month commitment. At the conclusion of the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with the membership agreement.

Packages

Reset and Rebalance packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Packages are transferable with authorization and have no cash value.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available in any denomination and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion.

Gift cards are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

HSA & FSA

Many services may qualify for reimbursement through HSA or FSA plans.

Clients are responsible for verifying eligibility and reimbursement requirements with their individual plan administrator.

Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required forms and provide written consent prior to treatment.

A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site and immediately available for the duration of the appointment.

Professional Environment

Ladybugg Lounge is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client.

Any inappropriate behavior, sexual remarks, or abusive conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in refusal of future services.

Consent

All clients are required to complete the appropriate intake and informed consent forms prior to their first appointment and update their health information whenever changes occur.
