Your Questions, Answered

Yes. HSA and FSA cards may be used for massage therapy when the service is considered medically necessary. Coverage and eligibility are determined by your individual plan, not the provider.
Some plans may require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a licensed healthcare provider. I recommend checking directly with your HSA/FSA administrator prior to booking to confirm your benefits and documentation requirements.
Clients are responsible for verifying eligibility and submitting any required paperwork for reimbursement.

Begin with First Landing.
Your first visit allows time to understand your history, your patterns, and how your body responds to care. It creates the foundation for everything that follows.
I prioritize clear communication, informed technique, and a calm, supportive environment. You can expect care that is attentive without being rushed, therapeutic without feeling clinical, and always centered on your comfort and well-being.
Whether in-studio or through mobile services, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident in the care you’re receiving.
-
Yes.
Even if you’ve received massage before, your first session here establishes how we’ll work together. Every practitioner’s approach is different. First Landing allows space to orient thoughtfully.
My work may include relaxation massage, therapeutic and deep tissue techniques, neuromuscular therapy, prenatal massage, and medical massage focused on specific conditions, injuries, or areas of chronic discomfort. Prenatal sessions are thoughtfully adapted to honor the changing body through pregnancy, offering steady, supportive care with close attention to comfort and safety.
Each session is client-centered and intuitively adjusted based on your goals, preferences, and comfort level.
Services are available in the lounge or as a mobile session, allowing flexibility in how and where you receive care.
If you’re unsure which service is the right fit, I’m always happy to help guide your selection.

Steady Wings is the core session — grounded, responsive, and tailored to what your body needs that day.
Bloom Sessions include additional tools or expanded techniques when deeper or more layered work is appropriate.
Bloom is not required for progress. It is chosen when your body benefits from expanded support.
If you’re unsure, book Steady Wings. We can always adjust.
-
That depends on your goals and how your body responds.
For some, occasional sessions provide relief. For others, consistent care allows tension patterns to unwind more fully and sustainably.
If ongoing care feels supportive, limited membership options are available and can be discussed during your visit.
-
Sessions are collaborative and unhurried.
You are welcome to communicate preferences at any time — pressure, focus areas, silence, or conversation. Your comfort matters.
Each session is guided by what your body presents in the moment.
-
That’s completely okay.
Book Steady Wings if you’re returning, or First Landing if you’re new. From there, we can adjust together.
